This Mediterranean Nacho Bar is such a fun Super Bowl idea, and it’s a creamy, delicious way to indulge in your favourite foods while snacking on hummus, Greek chicken and more!

Okay, get ready for the ultimate Super Bowl Sunday snack idea.
This Mediterranean Nacho Bar is a unique way to have fun with finger food during football season, and most of it comes together in just 5 minutes so you can get back to what’s most important: watching the game!!!
I’ve always been a dip girl. There are just so many fun ways to get your dip game on, so hummus is the perfect fit for a tastier, gluten-free snack that you can indulge in during a time of the year when we can go overboard on the snacking.
I get it, it’s cold outside, the game’s on, you’re inside all cozy and wanna go crazy with food.
Well, this Mediterranean Nacho Bar is here to rescue you from spending all day in the kitchen and it’s absolutely DELICIOUS! You are just FIVE MINUTES away from a tasty Super Bowl spread. It doesn’t get much better than that!
Sabra hummus is fun to share, easy to serve and is BY FAR my favourite hummus – I think mainly because there are so many fun topped flavours and you’re guaranteed a tasty snack every time. I included their Caramelized Onion with Smoked Paprika, Roasted Pine Nut and Classic hummus in my Mediterranean Nacho Bar, along with their Classic Guacamole and let’s just say the results were delicious.
And I think it’s kinda perfect that Sabra Canada is The Official Dip of the NFL, don’t you think?
Sabra Canada’s tasty, creamy hummus is inspired by Mediterranean recipes and made by hummus experts so you can rest easy knowing you’re in good hands as the hostess with the mostest! It’s really a no-brainer – pick up a bunch of different flavours, throw in some veggies, cut up pita and chips, and get ready to party!
Want in on a little secret?
The best part of this Mediterranean Nacho Bar is that it really isn’t a recipe *gasp*.
In fact, you can mix and match toppings so feel free to get creative and make this nacho bar your own! I know whenever I am planning any sort of party like this I take a quick inventory of my fridge and cupboards just to see what I already have on hand and nine times out of 10 I usually have some condiments such as pepperoncini peppers, olives, roasted red peppers and other herbs like parsley in the house already.
If I were to recommend purchasing anything beyond the hummus and guacamole though, I would definitely vouch for the pitas and pita chips because they are TOTALLY what make this Mediterranean Nacho Bar.
I even assembled a giant plate using all the toppings to give you an idea of how you can dress up the idea. SO YUMMY!
I also added their limited-edition Taco Fiesta hummus that was created in honor of the Super Bowl and available at Costco stores across Eastern Canada until February 3rd! Sabra Canada created it as part of its partnership with the NFL and it is SO FUN!
Get it while you still can!
For a little bit of extra protein I threw in some store bought falafels and made a quick set of Greek chicken skewers – the marinade comes from these Greek Chicken Meal Prep Bowls and it’s a staple in our household. You could always buy some pre-cooked chicken skewers in the prepared foods section of the grocery store to save on time though (and if you’re like me you’ll maybe even try to pass them off as your own, LOL!)
I am a big advocate of saving time in the kitchen but to make this Mediterranean Nacho Bar more well-rounded, you’ll definitely want some protein in there too!
In any case, Sabra makes it easy to whip up a delicious snack bar, and their hummus is made using high quality ingredients so you know you’re really setting guests up for a fun, delicious evening. I just can’t get enough of this Mediterranean Nacho Bar idea!
